Adding more mailboxes and other billing questions

How many mailboxes are included? Every MxGuard Business domain includes 25 mailboxes as standard.

What if I have more than 25 addresses on a domain? Add a pack of 25 mailboxes for £9.75/month per pack. A 40-mailbox domain is the base plan plus one pack; a 100-mailbox domain is the base plan plus three packs. Packs are billed on the same invoice as the domain.

Is there a contract? No. Billing is month-to-month with no minimum term, no setup fee and no annual lock-in. You can cancel any time.

Can I save by paying annually? Yes — annual prepay gets you 10% off.

Do you handle a lot more than a few packs? For large mailbox counts, contact us for a bespoke quote.
