Using quarantine, daily digests and allow/block rules

MxGuard gives you several ways to review and control your mail:

Daily digest emails. Each day you receive a digest listing messages held for the domain. It includes one-click release and block actions, so you can free a legitimate message or block a sender without logging in.

The live feed dashboard. This shows mail in real time as it is processed, with the plain-English verdict for each message — useful for confirming a specific email arrived or seeing why one was held.

Quarantine retention. Held messages are kept for 30 days by default, so you have a generous window to recover anything that was quarantined. (Extended 90-day retention is available as an add-on.)

Allow / block rules. Add your own allow and block rules to fine-tune handling for specific senders or domains. Each rule shows hit tracking so you can see how often it fires and prune rules that are no longer needed.
