Two ways to add Veritus: widget or REST API

You can add Veritus in minutes, and there are two ways to do it — pick whichever suits your stack:

1. Drop-in JavaScript widget (no backend work)

Add a single <script> tag to your page and tag your form with a data-veritus="signup" attribute. The widget intercepts the form submission, scores it, and allows, reviews or blocks based on your thresholds — no server-side changes required.

2. REST API

Send the submitted details to the POST /v1/score endpoint and receive a JSON response containing the score (0–100), the verdict, an array of reasons, merchant advice, a user-facing message, the latency in milliseconds and a check ID. This gives you full control to act on the verdict inside your own backend.

No SDK is required and no heavy integration is necessary — most sites are live the same day.
