What is a Local DID Number?
A DID (Direct Inward Dialling) number is your own inbound phone number that rings straight through to your FreeVoIP account, mobile or PSTN line.
You can pick a local UK area code to give your business a regional presence, a national number for wider reach, or a geographic number in dozens of other countries. Calls to your DID are delivered over IP to wherever you want them, so you can take business calls anywhere without giving out a personal number.
DID numbers start from £3.39/month and are provisioned on Transcom's UK carrier network, a Nominet-accredited provider supporting British businesses since 1993.
You can order and manage your number at freevoip.co.uk/numbers.html.
