TAG Owner Access vs the other dropcatch options
Transcom offers three ways to catch Nominet drops. Choose based on how you want to run your operation:
- Leased TAG Owner Access (£89 / month) — you hold your own TAG; we run the engine and you settle with Nominet directly at the registrar rate. Best for registrars who already have a TAG and want low capital cost.
- Leased Dedicated Server (£149 / month) — your own dedicated server running the engine, for high-volume and premium catching.
- Owned Engine (£665 one-time) — buy the software outright to run on your own Linux server under your own TAG, with no monthly fees.
If you hold a TAG and want the lowest-cost route into proven catching, TAG Owner Access is the natural starting point.
