How Hybrid VPN provisioning works

Hybrid VPN + SmartDNS is hand-provisioned on a dedicated server, so setup is slightly different from an instant download product.

What to expect:

1. Order and checkout. Purchase the Hybrid VPN + SmartDNS plan. You can optionally add the Deep Packet Filter at checkout.
2. We build your server. Each account is provisioned by hand on its own dedicated server. This isn't instant — it takes a little time to set up your private server and static IP.
3. You receive your connection details. As soon as your server is ready, we send you everything you need to connect: - your server address - your static IP - your username - your password
4. Connect. Use the L2TP / IPSEC / PPP details in your device's built-in VPN settings.
