Getting started: connecting the 25-Line account to your PBX

The 25-Line SIP Account is designed to plug into your existing setup. To get started:

1. Locate your account SIP credentials (username, password and server details).
2. Add a SIP trunk in your PBX pointing at the Transcom server, using those credentials.
3. Configure the trunk to allow up to 25 concurrent channels.
4. Register and test — place a few simultaneous calls to confirm the channels are available.

The account works with Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX and standard SIP handsets. You can also register individual handsets directly if you are not using a PBX. Contact Transcom support if you need help configuring the trunk.
