Flat monthly fee with no per-seat charges

The 25-Line SIP Account is billed as a single flat monthly fee. There are:

• No per-seat licence charges
• No per-extension charges

Everything is managed under one account, so your telephony cost is predictable regardless of how many handsets or extensions you run behind it. You can add handsets and grow your team without your monthly line cost changing.

Outbound calls are charged separately at pay-as-you-go rates (see the rates article), but the concurrent-channel capacity itself is covered by the flat fee.
