How does billing work? Understanding pay-as-you-go

There are no recurring charges on a Free SIP Account:

• No line rental and no setup fee — the account costs nothing to hold.
• VoIP-to-VoIP calls are free and never billed.
• Outbound calls to landlines and mobiles are charged at our low pay-as-you-go rates, for UK and international destinations.
• There is no minimum spend, so you only pay for the calls you make.

If you expect to make a lot of concurrent calls or need advanced call handling, ask us about our multi-line SIP accounts, which add extra channels and features.
