Billing, upgrades and cancellation

Transcom VPS billing is deliberately simple: a flat monthly price per tier, month-to-month with no contract.

How you are billed. You pay a fixed amount each month for your chosen tier — for example £2.00/mo for HA-512 or £85.00/mo for HA-32G. There is no minimum term and no long-term commitment.

Changing tier. If your workload outgrows its server, move up to a larger tier. Because there is no contract, there is nothing to unwind — you simply change plan. If you over-provisioned, you can move back down just as easily.

Cancelling. You can cancel any time. Since plans run month-to-month, there are no early-termination penalties.

Before you cancel or downgrade: make sure you have copies of anything important. Free backups are included, but a cancellation or reinstall will remove your data from the server, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot recreate.
