Transcom VPS Servers: an overview

Transcom VPS Servers are UK-hosted virtual private servers built on true KVM virtualisation. Every server gives you genuinely dedicated RAM, CPU and NVMe storage, full root access and instant setup, with no contract to tie you in.

The range is broad, so there is a size for almost any project:

• HA series — general-purpose servers from HA-512 (512 MB RAM) all the way up to HA-32G (32 GB RAM). This is the mainstream line, covering everything from a small always-on service to a demanding production stack.
• HV series — high-storage servers such as HV-8G, which pairs 8 GB RAM with 1 TB of NVMe for storage-heavy workloads.
• SS series — core-rich servers such as SS-4G and SS-Nominet, tuned for compute-heavy and registrar workloads that need extra vCPUs.

Every tier, whatever its size, includes the same platform: full root access, a choice of Linux distributions plus Windows Server 2025, IPv4 and IPv6, a NoVNC web console, built-in firewall management, free backups and DDoS protection as standard.

All servers are billed month-to-month with no contract, so you can start small and move up as your needs grow.
