Connecting devices and using webmail

You can access your Managed Email mailboxes through webmail or your usual mail apps.

• Webmail — sign in via any browser, no setup needed.
• IMAP and SMTP — connect phones, tablets and desktop clients such as Outlook, Apple Mail, the Gmail app and Thunderbird.

To connect a device, add a new IMAP account in your mail app and enter the mailbox address, password and the IMAP/SMTP server settings.

Because Managed Email is a managed service, you don't have to work this out alone — our team will configure your phones and desktop clients for you if you'd prefer. Just ask and we'll set them up or provide the exact settings.
