Getting started with Managed Email

Because Managed Email is a fully managed service, getting started is mostly done for you.

How it works: 1. Choose your plan — the £12/month service includes your domain, 25 mailboxes and everything else. 2. We register and configure your domain (or migrate your existing one across), and point it at the mail service. 3. We set up the DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC and verify it all works. 4. We create your mailboxes — just tell us the addresses you'd like for your team. 5. Start using it — sign in via webmail, or connect phones and desktop apps using IMAP/SMTP; we can configure those for you too.

At any point, if you need a change — a new mailbox, a password reset, a device configured — you simply ask our team and it's handled.
