Why is my mail well delivered? (SPF, DKIM and DMARC)

A common worry with business email is whether your messages will land in the inbox rather than the spam folder. With Business Email, this is handled for you.

When we set up your mailbox, we configure the correct DNS records for the domain, including: - SPF — authorises the servers allowed to send your mail - DKIM — cryptographically signs your outgoing messages - DMARC — protects the domain against spoofing

Because your address is on one of Transcom's established domains, it also benefits from a sender reputation that we actively maintain. Together, this means your mail authenticates cleanly and is trusted and delivered — you don't have to configure any of it yourself.
