DNS Management at Transcom: an overview

Every domain registered with or transferred to Transcom includes full authoritative DNS, served from three geo-distributed nameservers so lookups are fast and resilient wherever your visitors are.

From the TDesk panel you can edit every common record type — A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, CAA, NS and more — with fast propagation across all three nameservers. There's no separate DNS control panel to log into: your zones sit alongside your domains, hosting and email.

Because our nameservers are authoritative for your domain, they hold the master copy of your records and answer the world's resolvers directly. Geo-distribution means that if one node is unreachable, the others keep answering — there's no single point of failure.
