How to enable WHOIS Privacy on a domain

OllyBridge 17 Jul 2025, 17:01
  1. Log in to TDesk and open Domains.
  2. Select the name you want to protect.
  3. Find the WHOIS Privacy (or Registrant Privacy) option on the domain's management page.
  4. If the TLD is eligible, toggle privacy on and save.
  5. The change is submitted to the registry; the public WHOIS updates shortly afterwards.

If the option is greyed out or absent, the extension either doesn't permit privacy or already redacts individuals' data automatically under GDPR. The panel indicates which applies. There's no charge to enable privacy where it's offered.
