Verifying a certificate and sharing proof
Every confirmed MailProof email comes with a PDF certificate and a public verification link.
- The certificate contains the certificate ID, tracking code, sender and recipient details, subject line, attachment names and the full timestamped delivery timeline. You receive it attached to a confirmation email, and it is available in your account.
- The verification link lets recipients — or a court, regulator or counterparty — confirm the delivery online with no MailProof account required. Just share the link or the certificate.
This means the other party can independently satisfy themselves that the message was delivered, without needing to take your word for it or sign up for anything.
