Which email address can I send from?

MailProof lets you send from your own business email address, so recipients see you rather than us.

A few points to be aware of:

• You register with the email address you want to send from.
• Business or organisation addresses are used for MailProof accounts. Free consumer providers such as Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo are generally not accepted for sending.
• You may be asked to confirm ownership of the address via a short verification code before you can send.

Sending from your own address means your certified messages carry your identity and your branding — and on the 100-email bundle you can add a custom signature and footer as well.
