Getting started with MailProof

You can be up and running in a few minutes:

1. Sign up at https://mailproof.co.uk with the business email address you want to send from.
2. Verify your address if prompted — MailProof may send a 6-digit code to confirm the address belongs to you.
3. Compose your first message, add any attachments (up to 10MB), and send it through the certified relay.
4. Collect your certificate — once the recipient's server accepts the message, MailProof generates a PDF certificate and emails you a confirmation with the PDF attached.

There is no software or plugin to install, and the Free plan includes 10 certified emails every calendar month at no cost, so you can start proving delivery straight away.
