Which TLDs can I register?
Transcom offers .uk and its second levels (.co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk, .ltd.uk, .plc.uk) as a Nominet-accredited registrar, alongside .com, .net, .org and 90+ further global and country-code extensions such as .io, .co, .dev, .app, .shop, .info and .biz.
Each TLD has its own registry, its own rules and its own price — some are a couple of pounds a year, others are premium. Because we quote live pricing straight from the registry, the figure you see in the panel is the real figure, with no artificial first-year discount that balloons on renewal.
A few things worth knowing:
- Registration terms vary by TLD. Most allow 1–10 years; some ccTLDs only allow fixed terms.
- Eligibility rules apply to some extensions (for example certain ccTLDs require a local presence). The panel flags these at checkout.
- Premium names — short, dictionary or high-value domains — are sold through our aftermarket partner Rarenames (rarenames.co.uk) rather than at standard registration price.
If you need a TLD you can't see in the panel, contact support and we'll tell you whether we can add it.
