Managing white-lists, black-lists and user blocking

Every DPF subscription includes admin controls so you can fine-tune what is and isn't filtered:

• White-list — if a legitimate site or service is being blocked, add it to your white-list to allow it through.
• Black-list — block additional domains that aren't caught by the default filters.
• User service blocking — block specific online services.
• User social blocking — restrict access to social media.
• User content blocking — filter categories of content.

These are managed through the DPF admin tools included with your plan. If something you expect to work is being blocked, adding it to your white-list is usually the quickest fix — and our 24/7 UK engineers can help if you get stuck.
