Getting started: setting up Deep Packet Filter

Once you've subscribed, follow these steps to activate protection:

1. Check your email / access ticket for your primary and secondary DPF DNS server addresses.
2. Decide where to apply the change: - Whole network — change the DNS settings on your router or DHCP server (recommended, covers every device). - Single device — change the DNS settings on just that phone, laptop or TV.
3. Enter the DPF primary and secondary addresses in place of your existing DNS servers.
4. Save the settings. Protection is active immediately — no reboot and no app required.
