Backups, files and layered security

Backups are scheduled, encrypted and stored off-site with 30-day retention. Restore is one click — any single file, mailbox, database or a full site.

The browser-based file manager supports drag-and-drop upload and per-customer SFTP.

Security is layered in across the platform: fail2ban, a web application firewall (WAF), a network firewall, and two-factor authentication — on top of the per-customer UNIX isolation and the MxGuard mail pipeline.
