Zulu time on dashboard 3 seconds behind server clock

The countdown clock in the UI says 06:59:57Z when date -u on the box says 07:00:00. Three seconds is the difference between a catch and a miss on a contested .co.uk. Please sync the display to the engine clock, not the browser.
