Bring the coming-soon AI auto-answer to the free tier at least for FAQs

The AI knowledge-base upgrade sounds perfect but I'd pay a small monthly for it now. Any ETA? Even a basic FAQ auto-reply after hours would stop me losing overnight enquiries.
