Chat bubble doesn't appear on my Squarespace site

Pasted the one-line snippet before the closing body tag exactly as instructed but no bubble shows up. Console shows the script loading with a 200. Works fine on a plain HTML test page, just not Squarespace. Anything about their code injection blocking it?
