Latency reduction not applied to UDP QUIC traffic

Anything running over QUIC (a lot of Google/YouTube now) shows no acceleration at all — full raw RTT. TCP sites are clearly boosted. Looks like the optimiser only hooks TCP and QUIC just passes through unoptimised.
