Throughput graph shows 0 Mbps while traffic is flowing

The optional throughput tracking panel reads a flat 0 even though I'm clearly pulling 8-9 Mbps over the GEO link. Resource usage graph updates fine, just the throughput line is dead. Chrome and Safari both.
