WhatsApp voice calls drop with DPF enabled

Since pointing my phone's DNS at DPF, WhatsApp calls connect then drop after a few seconds. Messages are fine. Suspect a telemetry/STUN domain WhatsApp uses is caught in the filter. Please check.
