Inside the firewall and access-control review
A well-configured firewall and tight access controls are what stand between your services and the open internet. The audit assesses your access-control, firewall and hardening posture.
We review:
- Which services and ports are exposed, and whether each genuinely needs to be reachable from outside.
- Whether firewall rules match the services actually running, or leave gaps.
- Access-control and permission settings across the stack.
- General hardening — the accumulated small settings that reduce a server's attack surface.
Many compromises come down to a service that was simply left reachable when it did not need to be. The review maps what your server currently exposes against what it should, and flags the gaps to close.
