How to find the full headers in Apple Mail

For an accurate trace we need the raw headers from your message. In Apple Mail on macOS:

1. Open the email you want analysed.
2. From the menu bar choose View then Message then All Headers (or Raw Source).
3. Raw Source shows the complete message including every header — select all the text and copy it.
4. Paste it into your order, or save it as a text file and attach it.

On the Mail app for iPhone and iPad there is no built-in way to see raw headers, so it is easiest to open the same message in Apple Mail on a Mac, or in the webmail interface of your provider, to retrieve them. If you can only reach the message on a phone, contact us and we will suggest the best route for your provider.
