Requesting a bespoke quote for large mailbox counts

Mailbox packs (25 at a time) are the right tool up to a point. Once you need a lot more than a few packs, a tailored quote usually beats stacking them.

When to ask for a bespoke quote: - A single domain heading into the hundreds or thousands of mailboxes. - A large multi-domain estate where per-pack maths becomes unwieldy. - An MSP or reseller planning to run many customer domains under white-label who wants a volume arrangement.

What we'll want to know. Roughly how many domains, how many mailboxes per domain, and whether you also need add-ons such as extended retention or white-label — that lets us price the whole account rather than each piece.

How to reach us. Contact the team for a quote; the store description explicitly invites 'talk to us for a bespoke quote' once you're past a handful of packs. Everything still bills monthly, ex-VAT, on one invoice, so a bespoke arrangement stays as simple to administer as the standard packs.
