Adding a 25-mailbox pack to a domain
When a domain outgrows its included 25 mailboxes, add a pack rather than moving the whole domain to a different plan.
When to add one. Add a pack once the number of real protected addresses on the domain is about to exceed its current capacity — 25 for the base plan, plus 25 for each pack already attached.
How it bills. Each pack is £9.75/month, ex-VAT, and appears on the same invoice as the domain it belongs to. Add one pack per additional 25 mailboxes required — so a domain needing 60 addresses takes two packs (25 base + 50 from packs = 75 capacity).
Scaling down. If a domain shrinks, remove packs to match; you only pay for the capacity you keep.
Going large. If you find yourself adding many packs to a single domain, contact us for a bespoke quote instead — beyond a handful of packs a tailored price is usually better than stacking them one at a time.
