How the three MxGuard add-ons are priced and structured

MxGuard's add-ons are deliberately simple, each solving a different problem, and they can be combined on one account and one invoice.

• Mailbox packs — £9.75/month per pack of 25. Per-domain capacity beyond the 25 included. Add as many packs as you need; each new pack covers another 25 real recipient addresses.
• Extended retention — £9.99/month, account-wide. Lifts quarantine and verdict-history retention from 30 to 90 days across the whole account (not per domain).
• White-label — £29.99/month, one flat account fee. Your brand on the dashboard, digests and a custom SSL URL, plus the partner view, regardless of how many customer domains you run.

Different scopes matter. A mailbox pack is scoped to a domain; retention and white-label are scoped to the whole account. So you buy packs per domain as each grows, but you buy retention and white-label once for everything. All add-ons are billed monthly, ex-VAT, on the same invoice as your domains.
