Extended retention for regulated and audit-driven teams

By default MxGuard holds quarantined mail and verdict history for 30 days. The extended-retention add-on (£9.99/month) stretches that to a full 90 days, account-wide.

Who it's for: - Regulated industries with strict audit or compliance requirements that mandate longer retention of communications and filtering decisions. - Teams that review quarantine infrequently — a monthly reviewer needs more than a 30-day window so nothing ages out before they look. - Anyone who occasionally needs to recover an older message that was legitimately quarantined weeks ago.

What the longer window covers. Both released messages and verdict history stay searchable for the full 90 days, so you can produce an evidenced record of what was filtered and why, well beyond the default month.

What it doesn't change. Retention only affects how long held messages and history are kept — it has no effect on how mail is scored, tagged or delivered. Turning it on or off simply lengthens or shortens the searchable window.
